1. I have lost my username and/or password, how do I retrieve it?

  - Verotel Customers - To retrieve your password, please email support@verotel.com requesting your these details. If you know your username, please include that, if not, please include the email address used when you signed up.

  - 365Billing Customers - To retrieve your password, please email cs@365billing.com requesting your these details. If you know your username, please include that, if not, please include the email address used when you signed up.

  - WTSBank Check / ACH Subscribers - To retrieve your password, please email customerservice@achbill.com requesting your these details. If you know your username, please include that, if not, please include the email address used when you signed up.

2. I am having video issues, please help!

  - The most common problem with video is issues regarding downloading. We recommend you download and install a free program called Get Right, available from http://www.getright.com. It allows you to stop, pause, resume downloads to help with any issues you may have.

3. Why am I getting "Pennywize" error, how come?

  - Pennywize is a program we use to stop hackers gaining access to our sites, so our customers can enjoy our sites without slow downloads, overloaded servers, and the other problems caused by hackers. If you enter your username/password incorrectly too many times too quickly, it may temporarily suspend your account. Relax, it will be active again between 45-60minutes later. If these problems persist, please write to us and let us know.
